Skin exfoliation, when done properly is beneficial for our skin. It helps our skin breathe from impurities and remove layers of dead skin. These are the things that we should keep in mind if we want to exfoliate:

📍 Always do a skin patch test before using the product. (This applies to any skincare product that you are trying for the first time, to check for allergic reactions.)
📍 Always wear your sunblock. And despite wearing sunblock, wag pa rin magbibilad sa araw or wag hayaang ma-expose ang skin sa matinding init.
📍 Wag kakaskasin ang bulak sa face everytime naglalagay ng toner. Just damp it gently. Do not overdo it. One layer is enough, at hindi kailangangang dripping wet ang cotton pads. (Use Skin Can Tell Cotton pads 😉).
📍 Kapag nakakaramdam ng malalang itching or discomfort, pwedeng ipahinga muna ang skin, para makapag adjust ito. Maaari ring gawing every other day lang ang toner and night cream, or every night lang, or twice a week lang, depende sa kaya ng skin niyo.
