Late to the party, but this June FairyLoot is pure romantasy gold ✨📚 Better late than never when there’s magic, longing, and slow-burn tension involved.

Forgot to post this beauty… May’s FairyLoot romantasy: Broken Souls and Bones by L.J. Andrews 🖤✨ A tale of dark magic, fractured hearts, and love that lingers in the ruins. 🖤✨

Weekly Reads Recap 🫶🏻
Here’s what I read this week—mini reviews + star ratings:
1. Oaths and Omissions – ⭐⭐⭐☆☆
I really enjoyed the chemistry between Jonas and Lenny—it was definitely the highlight of the book. Their dynamic had all the right sparks, and Jonas as a character stood out with his intense, broody energy. But despite the strong connection between the leads, I couldn’t shake the feeling that something was missing.
2. Boss Man– ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆
Light, easy to read, funny. Good post heavy fantasy read.
3. Gild– ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆
I’m surprised—I actually like this book! It’s very fast-paced and helped me get out of my reading slump. I have a feeling Midas is like Tamlin… ooh, he gave me the ick.
4. Glint– ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I f***ing hate Midas. And Auren is infuriating—she had her chance but was blinded by one-sided love. Anyway, I love it!!!!
5. Gleam– ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
This has been my favourite book in the Plated Prisoner series so far! Auren’s growth was incredible, and it was so satisfying to see her start breaking free. Midas was infuriating from the start, and his downfall was absolutely deserved. The pacing, character development, and emotional depth in Gleam made it a standout read. I can’t wait to see what happens in Glow!
6. Cuckoo– ⭐⭐⭐☆☆
It was easy to read, but I thought it was supposed to be ‘twisty’ — I had a feeling from the start what was going to happen.

Already looking forward to next week’s reads—any recommendations?
