5 steps to properly massage your eyes to effectively reduce eye strain
✅ Step 1: Massage the eye bone
With your eyes closed, use your middle finger to massage the eye socket and down the bridge of your nose. Repeat 8-10 times, this can help increase blood circulation in your face, delivering more oxygen and nutrients to the red blood cells around your eyes.
✅Step 2: Click on the points at your eyebrows
Use your thumb to press the point just below the top of the eyebrow and use the index finger to press the bottom of the eyebrow at the same time and parallel to both sides. Continue to roll for about 3 seconds, then repeat about 5 times. By applying extra pressure, you are stimulating different areas of the facial muscles that are responsible for squinting and blinking.
