I rarely use brow pencils that are not slim anymore but I love the formula of the Butterfly Kisses Waterproof Eyebrow Pencil. The shade, Gray, is also perfect for my black hair and it's not too dark. This costs P275.
Don't even get me started on their Creamy Waterproof Matte Liquid Lipstick in Pink Tutu! I'm just in love with this shade. ❤️ Also, it's matte, yes, but doesn't dry out my lips and it's lightweight, too. You can get this for P330.
