"For first-timers, you can try the Linggop Aligayon, a mixture of the soothing rhythmic strokes of traditional hilot and the kneading ritual of dagdagay (acupressure). Personally, after going for one session, most of my muscle pains were relieved."

We are often asked about the difference between our main services Hilot Balay Hilom, Kisig Amuma, and Diing Pang-Alay. To help you decide on which to choose for your next visit, here’s our answer:
• Hilot Balay Hilom, our signature deep tissue massage, is mainly for freeing your body from lamig. It also helps rid you of stress, increases blood circulation, and improves breathing.
• Kisig Amuma is our Visayan interpretation of Swedish massage principles, highly recommended for relieving muscle tension and total relaxation.
• Diing Pang-alay, our southern Filipino interpretation of reflexology and acupressure, stimulates nerves and rejuvenates your body. This dry massage is a best-seller among athletes and sports and gym enthusiasts.

The daily journey of Ifugao tribesmen hiking up and down the mountainside of the Cordilleras has inspired the Dagdagay or Kolkolot, a ritual originally performed by children to help soothe the tired legs of their fathers.
After soaking your feet in holok or herbs, the Dagdagay follows the principles of acupressure, wherein we use two runos (rattan sticks) to stimulate the nerve endings of the sole in order to treat kimminal (muscle cramps) and gang-ngo (rheumatism), and to cleanse and rejuvenate your legs after a hard day’s work.
