SKIN/HAIR/LIPS CARE TIPS ✨

1. Use cold water pang hilamos much better kung galing sa ref. Huwag mong gawin 'to bago ka matulog. Sasakit mata mo pag-gising.

2. Mag apply ka ng ice sa face mo nakaka rosy cheeks.

3. Kung gusto mo pumuti gamit ka ng Kojic.

4. Para sa mga may dark spots at Oily use Egg (Yung white) — Pag hiwalayin mo yung Puti ng itlog sa p**a den haluin mo yung puti ng itlog then I apply mo sa face mo ng 15 mins. Tapos patungan mo ng Tissue yung Puting itlog sa Mukha mo na parang face mask then patungan mo ulit ng itlog na puti. Agad kayo maghugas no'n.

5. Para sa smooth hair, use cold water sa panbanlaw sa buhok.

6. Hair : Wag kayo mag susuklay agad ng buhok kung basa buhok nyo, nakaka sira kasi tsaka nalalagas buhok, Patuyuin mo muna gamit ang towel or Blower.

7. Tissue gamitin nyo sa pang punas ng mukha imbes na towel kasi minsan madumi din ang towel.

8. Para sa oily face : Iwasan ang pag kain ng mga mamantika.

9. Face: Yung pinag hugasan ng Bigas, wag nyo itapon agad yun gamitin nyo pang hilamos don't mind kung madumi, Effective sya lang pakinis. Nakaka wala ng mga whiteheads at blackheads and nakaka kinis sya

10. Clear Skin : Drink 8 glasses of water everyday.

11. Dry Lips? Use toothpaste, isama nyo yung lips nyo pag mag totoothbrush kayo nakaka pinkish ng lips at nakaka smooth

12. Eyebags : Use Pipino (cold/iced) if walang pipino you can use cold compress in your eyes. Huwag magpuyat para makita mo effect.

13. For Eyebrows at eyelashes ; Use castor oil para kumapal.

14. Dry Lips ; Use Petrolium. P'wede ring Nivea o kaya vaseline.

15. Dry Hair ; Wag kayo mag shampoo everyday mga 2 o 3 days lang or pag salit salitan nyo ang Shampoo at Conditioner.

16. Iwasan ang pag hawak hawak sa face especially kung madumi kamay.

17. Pimples ; Use toothpaste. Stay nyo lang sya for 10 or 30 mins (wag yung may halong mint at mouthwash nakaka burn ng pimples) then mag hilamos warm water at malamig na water after, Kung madami yung pimples don't, Use safeguard na pink nalang at cold water

18. Don't use kojic in your face, Lalo na kung sensitive nakakasira ng face toh, imbis na pumuti kayo e mamula or mag dry

19. Teeth ; Use Baking soda or foil kung usto nyo ng white teeth. Ihalo n'yo ang baking soda sa toothpaste.

20. Sensitive skin ; Wag ka gagamit ng products na Di hiyang sayo lalo na sa may mga skin allergies; use natural skin care nalang

21. Face ; Kalamansi (Gamit kayo nito ipahid nyo lang yung katas ng Kalamansi sa face, Wag yung may sugat or may pimples kasi baka ma infection lalo na kung bagong tubo pa lang ang pimple). Pampakinis at pampawala rin s'ya ng pimples na medyo matagal na.

22. Use Facial wash para mawala yung mga dark spots at mga black heads — Gamit ko is yung Ponds na black.

23. Iwas iwasan din ang pag expose sa sun kasi nakaka sira ng skin tone yun, use sun screen or payong lang.

24. Kung gusto nyo ng kasing kinis ng mga koreano kain kayo prutas palagi at gulay (yung medyo hilaw). Kahit ibabad nyo ng onti sa Pork/chicken Broth yung Gulay especially yung mga lettuce.

25. For skin : Use cetaphil. Sa mga may pera lang 'to kasi ang mahal HAHAHA

26. Lagi kayong maghilamos.

27. Kung maliligo kayo gamit kayo ng safeguard sa unang wash tapos susunod yung kojic then mag lotion kayo after nyo maligo para Di ma dry akin n'yo

28. Hairy legs ; Pag mag shashave kayo lagyan nyo muna ng conditioner para smooth yung legs.

29. Hair : Use Hand Comb para smooth.

30. Hair ; Use keratin Conditioner or Tresseme hair treatment para sa smooth at shiny hair.

31. Hair ; Wag nyong I bababad yung Buhok nyo sa Tuwalya nakakabaho ng hair.

32. Hair and Face ; Itali nyo yung Buhok nyo pag matutulog kayo para Di mapunta sa Mukha nyo, minsan kasi Di maiiwasan na madumihan yung hair kaya iwasan nyong laging naka lugay buhok nyo tas laging nasa Mukha nyo.

33. Face ; Coffee and Honey (Pag haluin nyo lang den ilagay nyo sa face nyo then wait kayo mga 10-20 mins then rinse with cold water) Make sure na 100% pure yung Honey at walang halo kasi baka maging cause ng pagka dry or mag ka pimple face nyo if may halong conservatives. Dry coffee hindi iyong 3in1.

34. Bawas bawasan nyo din pag expose sa usok, napupunta sa face nyo yung dirt.

38. Wag den kayo gagamit ng Hot water maliligo kasi mangangamoy putok agad kayo or pag papawisan.

39. lagi kayo mag baon ng tissue.

40. Kung mag mamake up kayo make sure na Di kayo matutulog ng naka make up, remove it immediately wag nyo patagalin sa Mukha nyo kung ayaw nyo masira face nyo.

41. Lips ; Kung mag aapply kayo ng Liptint, mag lagay muna kayo ng lip balm or Petrolium tsa
