Hello All! My team leader asked me to put my testimonial in type and I finally finished it so I thought I'd post it here as well. The pic is from 3/3 on the left and 10/23 on the right. I'm so grateful and blessed to have LiveGood in my life!

My Daily LiveGood Routine!

When I get up in the morning:
In a shaker cup,
1st, I mix a drink with 8ozs of structured water.
-1 scoop of Super Greens
-1 scoop of Organic Coffee
-1 scoop of Protein Powder
Shake well.
With the 1st swallow, I take 1 of 2 Factor 4, then finish the drink with 1 of 2 Multivitamins for Women, & 1 of 2 D3-K2.

Then I'm ready for my 2nd drink!
I 'do not' rinse my cup. I add 8ozs of water again,
-1 scoop of Super Reds
-1 scoop of Collagen Peptides
-1 scoop of Aminos
Shake well.
As I drink that, I take the 2nd of the Multivitamin & D3-K2, then take the last Factor 4 with my last swallow of that drink.
I always use a little more water to drink when rinsing my cup so that I get every bit of these nutrients, not wasting a bit of it.
I've been taking Methylene Blue too, for over a month now. I started out taking it 'every other day' but then started skipping 2 days instead of 1 day. Then, a couple of days ago, I finished a 5 day detox, taking 1 dose for 5 days. That was freaking awesome but I don't recommend or feel like anyone should do something like that without already having it in their system on a regular basis first, Or do it with a doctor's advice. Of course, a doctor that you trust bc there are still so many that work for big pharma and will steer you away from helping yourself. Do your own research on Methylene Blue Nootropic! Don't only go by what others say. Listen to them but do your own research.

At Night, 1 hour before I go to sleep, I take 2 Magnesium.

Depending on my pain levels, as needed, I take 1 dropper of 1500mg CBD Oil. I also do that prior to doing something strenuous or if pain gets bad for some reason like bad weather.

Lastly, I use CBD Pain Relief Cream on a regular basis on my neck and lower back. It really helps relieve the severe pain that I live with 24/7. Mentally, I have learned to handle it so I don't use the cream everyday but I do use it often, especially when my brain is too tired to handle it on its own.

That's a total of 12 LiveGood Products that have changed my life!

I started with 6 Products on February 13th, 2023 and added the rest, one by one during the 8+ months of taking LiveGood Products, the latest product being the Methylene Blue Nootropic.

A few of the whole lengthy list of benefits I achieved are:
-I no longer live life from bed. That happened before the end of the first week. I only go to bed now when I'm ready to go to sleep.
-I now get 6-8 hours of sleep per night. This was a miracle for me because for the last 40 years as a single Mom, on a regular basis, I would stay up for 3 days, get a couple of hours of sleep and be up again for another 3 days. I no longer do that!
-Fibromyalgia is GONE. I have suffered with it since the late 90s.
-My Allergies are GONE. I have suffered from sinus flu several times a year since 1985.
-My Edema is GONE. I suffered with edema, mostly in my legs, for a good 20 years.
-My marshmallow muscles, from living life in bed, now have mass and are getting stronger every day.
-My bad knee obtained in 1981 doesn't pop, grind or hurt any longer. I was discharged from the Army prior to boot camp due to the damage to my knee in a car accident, and I'm no longer limping on it.
-I have stronger white nails that were translucent and weak.
-I have new healthier hair growth to the point that I no longer have thinning hair or bald spots anymore. Growth has increased from an inch every 3 to 6 months to over an inch per month.
-My dry skin is healthier again with less wrinkles and flaky patches. It's so soft.
-My body is toning up from head to toe.
-AND I've lost 60lbs in 8 months WITHOUT TRYING!
