No one said the road was going to be easy. As we reach the end of our practicum journey, the Chill N’ Out journey cannot just be summed up in a few words. The journey that we have been through has been a mixture of laughs, cries, sleepless nights, friendships, learning experiences and more. Who would have thought that the beginning of this project would have started with the success earned back in ENTPLA2 with a first place ranking in the midterm pitch. This was when we knew that we could strive for more successes. However, all stories must come to a close, and as ours nears, what better way to give a proper send off to the family we have grown.

To the Lord above, we are grateful to You for the wisdom and guidance you have bestowed upon us. We have received many blessings in our lifetime, and Chill N’ Out has been an immeasurable gift that You have blessed us with.

To our families, we thank you for your wholehearted support and love that you have given us. Even though we were placed in such tough circumstances and went through the hardest of times, you have never failed to give us the love, care, and the helping hands we need.

To our classmates, you have imparted so much knowledge and education that have fueled our insights on how we would handle our business in the long run. Some of us have been rivals in the journey, but that has inspired us to bring out potential we never had. After all, none of us would have met if it were not for a classroom and a string of chance meetings.

To our friends, some have gone and some remained. Yes, thanks to the Beatles for that. There was never a dull moment in our bazaars and when we would tend to our booths, and we have you to thank for that. At some point, even you yourselves were members of Chill N’ Out, because Chill N’ Out is not simply a simulated business, it was a group of friends that came together. You were our first customers, our business connections, and most importantly, our network. All of you have been a welcome addition to Chill N’ Out, even knowing the ins and outs of the product, unofficially made you an extension of Chill N’ Out.

To our professors, you have served as inspirations to us on how to better operate the business, how to balance our sheets, how to identify our target markets, but most importantly, acted as our second parents. The insights you have provided helped the business earn the successes it has until now. You helped us understand that learning never stops in the classroom, and we still hear echoes of your learnings throughout our lives.

Lastly, to the members of Chill N’ Out. Expressing gratitude is not enough for me to do as I write this. You have shown that the business can be simply more than a business, it can be a family, and it helped me feel at home. For once, thesis has felt enjoyable because all of you have made it possible with all your unique personalities. I am grateful to have all of us come together and write one great story to be told.

As Chill N’ Out closes the business, we have one wish for all those who bought and tried: keep cool with those peppermint sprays of yours. With operations shut down for the time being, who knows, maybe we might come back in one way or another. However, this family will never be gone because we will all strive to build something more. Never be a stranger to us because you were a part of this journey. This is Chill N’ Out, your everyday companion, signing off.
