2. SCHOLARSHIP- Sa kasalukuyan, mayroon nang mahigit 200 scholars na binubuo ng mga kabataan at mga may sapat na gulang mula highschool hanggang sa kolehiyo ang sinusuportahan ang KALINGA sa pamamagitan ng scholarship grants.
3. LIVELIHOOD & HOUSING PROGRAMS- Patuloy din ang pagtulong ng KALINGA sa pamamagitan ng paglalaan ng mga murang tirahan para sa mga mahihirap at mga seminar na pangkabuhayan.

4. Palakasin ang masa sa pamamagitan ng mga nakaakmang batas na sumusuportang bawasan, kung hindi man mawakasan, ang malupiot na epekto ng kahirapan sa bansa;
5. Isulong at ipagtanggol ang karapatan ng mga mahihirap na Pilipino
6. Isulong at palawigin ang kulturang Pilipino, gender equality at kamalayan sa pangangalaga sa kalikasan, at;
7. Iugnay ang iba’t-ibang non-governmental organization sa pagsulong at pagpapalawig ng interes ng masang Pilipino.
8. Labanan ang kurapsyon sa sistema ng gobyerno na sanhi ng kahirapan ng ating mga kababayan.
