October 5, 2020 I started to drink Glutalipo. My 1st week was so hard. Humihilab talaga tyan ko at parang may minamartilyo sa loob. Nagpupoop ako 3-4 times. Twice a day ako umiinom. Pagkagising and before bedtime. I was so hesitant at first kasi what if hindi to safe or madamage yung kidneys and liver ko. But I took the risk. The fact na FDA approved to and sure naman akong may DTI permit.

Sa mga magtatanong, never kong dinedepende kay glutalipo ang pagpayat at pagliit ng tummy ko. Sinabayan ko to ng proper nutrition intake at exercise. Nag zuzumba ako yung hataw na steps para pagpawisan ng double. I'm also doing carbs cycling. Alternating carbs and fats everyday, effective sya and at the same time nakakain ko parin yung gustokong kainin but of course in less amount of serving.

WALANG PAPAYAT SA GLUTALIPO LANG. Realtalk. Do not depend too much on the product itself. Kelangan mong sabayan ng PROPER DIET at exercise (optional if you want to tone your muscles) nagtetake ka nga ng glutalipo pero lamon ka parin ng lamon syempre walang mangyayari jan. Glutalipo is a food supplement but that doesn't mean na ypu will depend on the product. Tutulungan ka lang ng product. Nasayo parin yung way para mas maging effective okay? 😊
