❤️💚I can never say no to this face.🖤❤️
Ten Unknown Facts About
Founding: Tesla was founded in 2003 by engineers Martin Eberhard and Marc Tarpenning,
not Elon Musk. Musk joined the company as a major investor and became its public face.
Model Naming Quirk: Tesla’s car lineup follows a playful pattern: Model S, 3, X, and Y.
Elon Musk has said it was meant to spell "S3XY," with the number 3 replacing an "E."
Battery Focus: Tesla's breakthrough isn’t just in electric cars but also in battery technology. Tesla has invested heavily in creating powerful and long-lasting batteries, not only for cars but also for energy storage solutions like Powerwall.
Autopilot and Full Self-Driving: Tesla’s Autopilot is an advanced driver-assistance system, but it’s not fully autonomous. The company is working on Full Self-Driving (FSD) software, which could eventually enable true autonomous driving.
Gigafactories: Tesla operates massive manufacturing plants known as Gigafactories, located in the U.S., China, and Germany. These factories are integral to Tesla’s ability to scale production and reduce costs.
SpaceX Connection: Tesla and SpaceX, both run by Elon Musk, share more than just a CEO. The companies collaborate on technology, and SpaceX’s Falcon Heavy rocket even launched a Tesla Roadster into space as part of a 2018 test flight.
Sustainable Vision: Tesla's mission is to accelerate the world’s transition to sustainable energy.
In addition to electric cars, the company is a leader in solar power and energy storage solutions.
Over-the-Air Updates: Tesla was the first car manufacturer to allow over-the-air software updates, letting owners download new features and improvements to their cars without visiting a dealership.
AI and Robots: Tesla’s AI Day event introduced Tesla Bot, a humanoid robot designed to handle dangerous or
repetitive tasks, showcasing Musk’s vision for AI and robotics beyond automobiles.
Environmental Impact: Tesla has reduced the overall car

Get ready, a Pink Full Moon is rising – and it's showing up with a few surprises 💅
Step outside on Saturday, April 12, and you’ll catch the fourth full moon of 2025 rising above the horizon. Known as the Pink Moon, it’s the first full moon of spring — and this year, it’s showing up with a few surprises.
Despite the name, the moon won’t actually glow pink (like you see in this image). That title comes from Phlox subulata, or moss pink — one of the first wildflowers to bloom in early spring. But don’t be disappointed: when the moon rises just after sunset, it can take on a soft golden or rose-colored hue, thanks to the way Earth’s atmosphere bends and scatters the light. It’s fleeting, but beautiful.
This Pink Moon reaches peak illumination at 8:22 p.m. EDT on April 12 (that’s 00:22 GMT on April 13). For the best view, find a wide-open area and look east just after sunset — when the moon is low, it appears larger than usual due to the Moon illusion.
Look closely, and you’ll spot a brilliant companion nearby: Spica, the brightest star in the Virgo constellation. The two will rise together, side by side — the moon glowing steadily, Spica flickering like a cosmic jewel.
This is also a micromoon, meaning the moon is at its farthest point from Earth. It will look a little smaller and dimmer than usual — the quiet opposite of a supermoon. And as the Paschal Moon, it holds another role: it’s the moon that sets the date of Easter.
So if the skies are clear, don’t miss it.

Polar Bear Chilling in a Purple Paradise!
Believe it or not, this isn't a scene from a surreal dreamscape! This incredible shot captures a once-in-a-lifetime moment: a majestic polar bear lounging among a field of fireweed, a vibrant summer flower that thrives in the Arctic. Fireweed is a survivor, popping up where sea ice recedes and sometimes overlapping with a polar bear's hunting grounds. This photo reminds us of the delicate balance of the Arctic ecosystem. Our thanks go to the amazing photographer Martin Gregus who spent two months in the Canadian Arctic capturing this softer side of the world's largest land predator. What an unforgettable experience!
