As a Kidney Patient Advocat, I would like to share important things about Kidney Care. This is also to spread awareness to diminish the issue of CKD in the Philippines.

Kidney Disease often progresses with no symptoms in early stages. That's why it is imperative to check your numbers if you have the means by taking annual eGFR ( BLOOD ) or uACR ( URINE ).

Primary Causes: Diabetes and Hypertension are the most leading causes of kidney failure. Proper monitoring and management of blood sugar and blood pressure are essential for prevention.

I have been living with CKD for almost 4 years now. Madaming struggles. Madaming challenges. Madaming dapat ilaban.

Being a dialysis patient was never easy. So in order to prevent this from happening, please take the necessary. Madami nang may sakit, wag kanang dumagdag. Hindi madali. Sobrang hirap.
