Grateful for the opportunity to speak about the importance of breastfeeding during the First 1,000 Days of Life. We talked about how mothers need support not just from healthcare providers, but also from their families, workplaces, and communities to help make breastfeeding a successful and positive experience.

Creating a supportive environment for mothers is a community effort, and it's one of the many ways we can help prevent malnutrition and stunting while giving every child the healthiest possible start in life. It's been a long while since I posted. My family and I are just taking our time to settle into our new address and our new schedule.

Time flies so fast!
Met this boy when he was a newborn, and I was still starting with Nurse With Grace. Mommy Anne Marie and this little boy were among my first clients in Malaybalay.
