Sometimes, healing begins when we choose to serve, uplift, and strengthen someone else.
As we reach out with love and compassion, we also open our hearts to the healing power of our Savior, Jesus Christ. His redemptive power can bring peace, hope, and strength—even in the moments when we feel broken or weary.
May we always be willing to lift others, knowing that as we help heal hearts, our own hearts can be healed too.

Sometimes, the strongest thing you can do is admit that you’re not okay.
You don’t have to carry everything quietly. You don’t have to be strong every single day. It’s okay to pause, to cry, to ask for help, and to give yourself the same kindness you freely give to others.
Your struggles do not make you weak. They make you human. And healing doesn’t mean you never hurt again—it means you learn that you don’t have to face the hurt alone.

Perfection is not the same as worthiness.
In the restored gospel of Jesus Christ, worthiness is not about proving that we are perfect. It is about turning our hearts toward the Savior, striving to keep His commandments, repenting when we fall short, and continuing to come unto Him.
Perfectionism can whisper, I must get everything right before I can be enough.
The gospel teaches us something more hopeful because of Jesus Christ, we can keep growing, changing, repenting, and becoming.
Wanting to be worthy can be a beautiful desire when it comes from love for the Savior rather than fear of being unworthy of His love.
We do our best—not to earn God’s love, but because He already loves us. His grace makes growth possible, and His Atonement gives us the opportunity to begin again.
So today, instead of asking, Am I perfect enough?
Perhaps we can ask, Am I turning my heart toward Christ and allowing Him to help me become?

Sometimes, the Lord’s warnings come quietly—not to fill our hearts with fear, but to gently guide and protect us.
One way to discern the difference between spiritual promptings and excessive worry is to notice what they produce in us. A prompting from the Spirit can invite us to act, repent, prepare, or seek help, while excessive worry often leaves us trapped in fear, confusion, and endless “what ifs.”
The gospel teaches us to be still, and know” and to seek the confirming peace that comes through the Holy Ghost. We can pray, study the scriptures, ponder, and give ourselves time to recognize whether a thought is leading us toward faith and righteous action—or simply feeding our fear.
We don’t have to figure everything out at once. We can bring our worries to the Lord and trust Him to help us discern. 🤍
When in doubt, pause. Pray. Seek truth. And allow the Spirit to lead you with peace and clarity.

Sometimes, we ask ourselves, “Am I just having a hard time, or is this already something I should be concerned about?”
As a nurse, I’ve learned that not every difficult day means we have a mental health condition. We all go through stress, sadness, exhaustion, disappointment, and seasons when life simply feels heavier than usual.
But sometimes, we also need to pause and ask ourselves:
How long have I been feeling this way?
Is it affecting my sleep, relationships, work, or daily life?
Do I still feel like myself?
Am I struggling more than I can handle on my own?
There is no shame in asking for help. In fact, recognizing that something doesn’t feel right is already an act of courage. 💗
As nurses, we are often taught to care for others but we also need to remember that we are people who need care, too.
If you’ve been carrying something heavy lately, please know that you don’t have to figure everything out alone. Talking to someone you trust or reaching out to a mental health professional can be a good first step.
Your feelings are worth listening to.
Your well-being matters.
And asking for help does not make you weak.

There have been moments in my life when I didn't know what to do next. There were prayers that seemed unanswered, tears that no one saw, and days when my heart felt so heavy.
But looking back, I realize that every sincere prayer brought me closer to God. Sometimes He changed my situation, and other times He changed me. He gave me peace before He gave me answers. He gave me strength before He removed the burden.
Prayer is more than asking God for what we need. It is where fear becomes faith, confusion becomes clarity, and weakness becomes strength. It reminds us that we never walk alone.
If you're carrying something heavy today, don't stop praying. Heaven hears every whispered prayer, every silent tear, and every faithful heart.
Prayer is our connection with God. It is not just asking for things—it is opening our hearts, listening in faith, and finding peace in His love and guidance.🤍🙏
Pray always, that you may come off conqueror.— Doctrine and Covenants 10:5
May we never underestimate the quiet power of a heartfelt prayer. ❤️

When Life Changes in an Instant
Hearing the words, "You have cancer," "You have a serious illness," or any devastating diagnosis can shake a person's world. In those moments, people don't always need answers—they need someone who is willing to stay.
As a friend, family member, healthcare worker, or caregiver, your presence can become a source of hope and strength.
A Therapeutic Approach:
🤍 Listen before you speak. Let them express their fears, sadness, anger, or confusion without interrupting or trying to "fix" their emotions.
🤍 Acknowledge their feelings. Simple words like, "I'm so sorry you're going through this," or "Thank you for trusting me with this," can be deeply comforting.
🤍 Avoid minimizing their experience. Instead of saying, "Everything happens for a reason," or "Stay positive," say, "You don't have to go through this alone. I'm here with you.
🤍 Offer practical support..Ask, l"How can I help today?" Whether it's accompanying them to an appointment, preparing a meal, running errands, or simply sitting beside them in silence, every act of kindness matters.
🤍 Respect their journey. Everyone copes differently. Some may want to talk, while others need quiet. Meet them where they are.
🤍 Encourage hope without giving false reassurance. Hope can be found in love, faith, treatment, meaningful moments, and the support of those around them.
💜 Remember:.Emotional resilience doesn't mean never crying or never feeling afraid. It means allowing yourself to feel, accepting support, and finding the courage to move forward one day at a time.
If someone you love has received a devastating diagnosis, don't worry about finding the perfect words. Your compassion, your patience, and your presence may become the greatest gift you can offer.
Sometimes healing begins not with medicine, but with knowing that someone genuinely cares.

It's okay to cry. It's okay to feel weak. That doesn't mean you're weak—it means you're human.
Minsan, akala natin ang pagiging matatag ay ang hindi pag-iyak. Pero ang tunay na emotional resilience is having the courage to stand up again after every heartbreak, disappointment, failure, or loss.
Remember, every trial you overcome is shaping you into a stronger, wiser, and more compassionate person. God doesn't promise a life without storms, but He does promise to walk with us through every one of them.
If today feels heavy, don't give up. Rest if you need to, pray, ask for help, and then take one more step forward. Healing takes time—and that's okay.
"Emotional resilience is not about never crying or never feeling weak. It is about finding the courage to stand again, trusting that every trial can strengthen your heart and deepen your faith."

Every disability has a story. Every story deserves to be heard. 💜🩷🤍
When we see someone with a disability, we often notice what they cannot do. But behind every visible challenge is an invisible story of courage, resilience, faith, and hope.
I've met parents who never gave up, despite sleepless nights and endless worries. I've seen children who smile through therapies and challenges that most of us could never imagine. I've witnessed families whose love became stronger because they chose acceptance over despair.
Disability is not a limitation of worth—it is a different journey filled with extraordinary strength.
As a nurse, I've learned that healing isn't always about curing a condition. Sometimes, healing begins when someone feels seen, understood, accepted, and loved.
Today, let's choose kindness over judgment, inclusion over exclusion, and compassion over assumptions.
Different abilities. Equal value. Endless possibilities."

Forgiveness is one of the hardest journeys a wounded heart can take. Sometimes, the pain caused by betrayal runs so deep that we need distance, boundaries, and time to heal. And that's okay.
Forgiving does not mean forgetting what happened. It does not mean allowing people to continue hurting us. It simply means choosing not to let the pain control our lives forever.
There are wounds that may leave scars, but healing begins when we slowly release the anger, bitterness, and resentment we carry. Not because the other person deserves it, but because we deserve peace.
If your heart is hurting today, be gentle with yourself. Healing is a process, not a race. Take the time you need, set healthy boundaries, and trust that in time, peace will find its way back into your heart.
