Tips para Gumanda 😍

1. Huwag magpaaraw – Alam kong marami sa ating kabataan ang mahilig magtungo sa beach, pero masisira ang inyong kutis. Ang araw ay nagpapakulubot ng balat, nagdudulot ng freckles at posibleng magka-skin cancer pa dahil sa UV light. Umiwas din sa mga sports na laging bilad ka sa araw. Huwag magpa-araw mula 10:00 ng umaga hanggang 4:00 ng hapon.

2. Gumamit ng sunblock – Payo ng dermatologists ang paggamit ng sunblock araw-araw. Hanapin ang sunblock na may nakasulat na SPF 30 pataas. Bilang dagdag proteksyon, puwedeng mag-payong, mag-sombrero o magtakip ng folder sa mukha.

3. Umiwas sa usok at alikabok – Kapag nag-commute ka mula Pasay hanggang Fairview, naku, parang umitim ka na sa usok. Titigas ang buhok niyo sa alikabok. Kung may budget, mag-aircon bus na lang o magtakip ng mukha.

4. Ihinto ang paninigarilyo at pag-inom ng alak – Ang paninigarilyo ay nakatatanda sa ating mukha. Ang alak naman ay nakapagpapakulubot din ng balat. Hihina ang iyong resistensiya at babagsak ang iyong katawan.

5. Maligo araw-araw - Gumamit ng sabon at maraming tubig pang-banlaw para tiyak na malinis ang katawan. Maganda ang mild soap tulad ng Johnsons at Dove. Ma­inam ding maligo bago matulog. Sa ganitong paraan, hindi kakalat ang dumi mula sa buhok papunta sa mukha na puwedeng magdulot ng tagihawat.

6. Uminom nang maraming tubig – Uminom ng 8 basong tubig araw-araw para manatiling malambot ang iyong balat. Nakakita ka na ba ng batang nakulangan sa tubig? Biglang lumulubog ang kanilang mukha.

7. Magbawas ng stress – Ang madaling magalit ay mabilis pumangit di ba? Nagsasalubong ang kilay at nakangiwi ang mga labi. Tumawa ka at ika’y gaganda.

8. Matulog ng 7 o 8 oras – Kailangan mo ang sapat na tulog para hindi magka-eye bags. Sa mga may problema, subukang mag-relax bago matulog.

9. Huwag matulog ng nakadapa – Kapag naipit ang iyong mukha habang natutulog, madali itong magkakalinya. Matulog ng nakatihaya.

10. Mag-lotion sa gabi – May tulong sa pagpapakinis ng mukha ang paggamit ng lotion. Maghugas muna ng mukha, tapos maglagay ng lotion. Hindi naman kailangang bumili ng mamahaling brands.

11. Mag-ehersisyo at magkaroon ng libangan. Ang importante ay masaya tayo para sumigla ang katawan.

12. Kumain nang tama at masustansiya - Kumain ng prutas at gulay na sagana sa vitamins at minerals. Umiwas sa pagkaing matataba, mamantika at sitsirya. Sundin ang mga simpleng payo na ito para tayong lahat ay gumanda!

Ang mga kababaihan ay kailangan ng pagkain na may calcium sa buto, iron sa dugo at anti-oxidants panlaban sa kanser.
Itong 7 ang makatutulong sa kababaihan:

1. Kangkong o spinach dahil masustansyang gulay.
Ang spinach ay may napakataas na nutritional value at mayaman sa antioxidants. Ito ay isang mahusay na mapagkukunan ng bitamina A, B2, C at K, at naglalaman din ng magnesium, manganese, folate, iron, calcium at potassium. Ang flavonoids at antioxidants na natagpuan sa spinach, lalo na ang antioxidant beta-carotene. Ayon sa pag-aaral nakatutulong itong labanan ang maraming mga kanser, kabilang ang breast, prostate at ovarian cancer. Ang spinach ay nagpapalakas din sa kalusugan ng mata at may malakas na anti-aging properties.

2. Matabang isda (fatty fish) tulad ng dilis, sardinas, bangus, tanigui, tuna, tawilis.
Ang sustansyang nakukuha sa isda ay ang omega-3 fatty acids, at partikular na dalawang uri na kilala bilang DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) at EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid). Ayon sa Doktora Katty Go, isang magaling na dermatologist, mayroon mabisang paraan para malunasan ang mga sakit sa balat. Ayon sa pagsusuri, ang taong masaya o masiyahin ay mas hindi nagkakasakit sa balat.

Ang pagiging masaya ay dagdag pa sa pangkaraniwang payo para gumanda tulad ng pag-iwas sa araw, paggamit ng sunscreen, pagkain ng prutas at gulay at pag-inom ng 8 basong tubig bawat araw.

Be happy. Maraming sakit ang malulunasan ng pagiging masaya at pagbawas sa stress:

1. Eczema – Ang eczema ay isang pamamaga sa balat na lumalala kapag kinakamot ito. Kapag inis tayo at hindi natin ito nailalabas, puwede ito lumabas bilang eczema sa katawan. Kapag masaya ka, mas mabilis gumaling ang eczema.

6. Balakubak (Dandruff) – Ang sanhi ng balakubak ay isang fungus, na tinatawag na “pityrosporum ovale”. Ang balakubak ay mas kumakapalat nangangati kapag stressed ang tao.

Tandaan: Kapag naiinis ka sa iyong sakit sa balat. Lalong lalala ang iyong sakit. Kahit ano pa ang ipahid mo sa iyong balat, kapag mainit ang iyong ulo, ay hindi pa rin gagaling iyan. Kaya “be happy” na para tuluyang gumanda ang balat

7 Basic Skincare Do’s And Don’ts

1. Do Drink Plenty Of Water
Your skin is one of the largest organs which technically covers your entire body. That means a dehydrated body will result in a dehydrated skin. Therefore, it is essential for a person to drink at least 8 glasses of water daily to keep your skin hydrated. This will maintain a healthy complexion of your skin and flush out unwanted toxins from your body.

2. Don’t Keep Touching Your Face
It’s tough; especially, when you have a blemish. Feels like a nightmare, doesn’t it? But, the truth is that the more you touch your face, the more problems will arise. Breakouts happen because of unclean hands full of bacteria when you touch your face. And, this acts as a fuel for the blemishes. At least try to keep your hands off your face as much as possible.

3. Do Exfoliate Gently
