What color is your urine ?

Are you dehydrated or not? Check the photo below:
If your urine color is from #4 to #7 (dark yellow), drink one glass of water immediately.
You need around 8-10 glasses of water a day.
Water is good for your kidneys, skin, beauty and for losing weight.
Water reduces headache and makes you think better.
Water can also reduce anxiety.
Note that if you are taking vitamins, your urine color may be dark yellow even if you are not dehydrated.
