Hindi ibig sabihin na buntis ka, kailangan mong doblehin ang pagkain mo. Mas importante ang balanced and nutritious diet, enough protein, fruits and vegetables, whole grains, healthy fats, and plenty of fluids. 🥗🍳🍎
Quality over quantity, Mommy!

✨Ano ang Myoma?
Ang myoma o uterine fibroid ay isang bukol na tumutubo sa matres. Ito ay benign o hindi cancerous at maaaring makita sa ultrasound.
✨Inooperahan ba ang lahat ng may myoma?
HINDI po.
Hindi lahat ng myoma ay kailangang operahan. Depende ito sa:
* edad ng babae
* laki at lokasyon ng myoma
* mga sintomas
* kung may anemia o abnormal bleeding
* at kung gusto pa bang magbuntis
Kung maliit at walang sintomas, maaaring observation at regular monitoring lang ang kailangan.
✨Pwede bang gamutin ng gamot?
Opo, depende po sa kondisyon. May mga gamot na maaaring gamitin para makontrol ang sintomas tulad ng heavy menstrual bleeding at pananakit. Pero hindi lahat ng gamot ay nakakapag-alis mismo ng myoma, kaya mahalaga ang assessment ng OB-GYN.
