Super taba ko po talaga dati to the point na umabot ako ng 89kilos. Payat po ko ng year 2019 then tumaba kasi d napigilan kumain. Natuklasan ko si gluthalipo sa kklase ko na ngayon payat na rin and nahikayat ako uminom. Nung una nagdalawang isip ako kasi baka katulad sya ng iba na hindi masarap pero sabi nya masarap so natnry ko ung juice. Hanggang sa naadik na ko sknya and hindi ko napapansin within 1 month taking gluthalipo, ito ung magiging result. Hindi pa ganon kapayat pero I can slay on my own. From 89kilos down to 65kilos.
