NAIC RUNNING COMMUNITY SPOTLIGHT 🏆

FINISH LINE UPDATE | Pride, grit, and determination were on full display this weekend, 10 May 2026, as Naic Running Community members conquered different race events.

In the demanding 75KM ultramarathon held in Maragondon, Anderson and Julius powered through the brutal course and finished below the challenging 18-hour cut-off time (7 hours and 38 minutes for Anderson and 9 hours and 33 minutes for Julius), a true testament to their endurance and mental toughness. Making the achievement even more remarkable, Anderson secured 3rd Place Overall, bringing pride and honor to the NRC family.

Meanwhile in Cagayan de Oro, Robert delivered a strong performance in the 16KM category, finishing with an impressive sub-1:25 time.

Back in Naic, Shirlyn and Clarence conquered and enjoyed the 6KM event, proving that every distance deserves celebration and every finish line is a victory.

The entire Naic Running Community proudly celebrates these achievements. Different distances, different battles, but one heartbeat - the passion to run, inspire, and represent NRC with pride. 🤝

We would also like to express our deepest gratitude to all runners and supporters who stood behind our ultramarathoners throughout their journey. From training days to race day support, your encouragement, motivation, and presence became part of their strength every step of the way. This victory is not only for the finishers, but for the entire NRC family. 💗

Another successful and truly heartwarming Community Run was held at Lola’s Homes, Brgy. San Roque filled with energy, smiles, and genuine community spirit from start to finish.

A special celebration was also made for the 32nd birthday of Lindsy Mae, who generously shared lugaw and eggs to all runners, while a kind-hearted sponsor added three varieties of kakanin that made the event even more joyful and satisfying. Thank you, Sir 🫢

Special thanks to Ms. Marjerie for leading the energizing Zumba session and to Boss JC for guiding the stretching exercises that prepared everyone well.

To all runners, thank you and may we continue to grow, improve, and become better runners together in every community run ahead 💗🔥
