We recently held an online meeting with the DSWD Crisis Intervention Unit to further strengthen our collaboration in serving Filipino amputees in need.

For many years, we have worked together to provide prosthetic solutions to patients who face not only physical challenges, but also emotional and financial hardships.

This discussion focused on how we can improve our processes, reach more underserved amputees, and ensure that every patient receives timely, appropriate, and dignified prosthetic care. We shared insights from our clinical experience, listened to the concerns and realities faced by patients referred through crisis intervention, and explored ways to make access to prosthetic services more efficient and patient-centered.

Our shared goal remains clear: to restore mobility, independence and hope to Filipino amputees—through compassionate service and responsible collaboration. We are deeply grateful for DSWD and will remain committed to working together in creating sustainable solutions that truly change lives.
