The UNCOMFORTABLE TRUTH of MICROBLADING: that's why I prefer HAIR STROKE today:
If you still think microblading is the best option for natural brows, don't worry: we've all been there. But after years of correcting other people's jobs, seeing skin cut, scarred, injured and pigments that change color... I understood something no one says out loud.
And today I'm telling you without filters.
1. Microblading is NOT for all skin types
And here's the awkward part:
Most women don't have the ideal skin type for Microblading.
• Oily skin → stretch expands
• Mature skin → the wound opens more
• Sensitive skin → irregular scar
• Mixed skin → unstable results
The reality is harsh:
In real life, the "perfect" strokes of Microblading almost never heal perfect.
2. It's a cut... and the cuts heal as they want, not as you want
Microblading = opening the skin with a tiny leaf.
Hair Stroke = implanting pigment WITHOUT cutting it.
The disparity is brutal:
When you cut the skin:
• Body fills the cut
• The plot thickens
• Over time it looks blurry
• And in the end... goodbye hair effect, hello greyish shadow
When you DON'T shave your skin, like in Hair Stroke:
• The skin does not suffer trauma
• Cleaner Scar
• The plot doesn't expand
• The color stays pretty coffee
• Looks more real, softer, more elegant
3. Microblading ages badly... and that is the uncomfortable truth
Nobody tells you this when they sell it to you:
Over the years:
• The tones change
• They look colder
• They look more marked
• You limit future designs
That's why so many get corrected.
That's why so many arrive insecure.
That's why so many arrive crying.
And there we enter the artists who have already evolved: we don't do what hurts, we do what improves.
4. Hair Stroke DOES NOT compete with Microblading... replace him
Hair Stroke is not “a pretty version.”
It's an evolved technique.
✔️ No trauma
✔️ No thick scar
✔️ No ugly tones in the long run
✔️ With a fine line
✔️ With hyperrealistic effect
✔️ With less pain
✔️ With better scars
✔️ With more natural results
It's science + art + precision.
And when you know this technique, you don't go back.
I've seen women walk into my clinic nervous, embarrassed or disillusioned by a poorly done microblading.
I've heard stories of fear, of frustration, and of broken promises.
And that's why I'm so intense with Hair Stroke.
Because I know what it means to look in the mirror and not love what you see.
Because I know how a woman feels when she trusts again.
Because I have seen how a well-made eyebrow lifts more than spirits: it lifts self-esteem, confidence, and even hope.
I don't want to be let down again.
And I don't want you to have to "fix what they did to you."
I want you to have the best version from the beginning.
If you have doubts about whether your skin is ideal for Hair Stroke, or if you already have microblading and want to know if it can be corrected, send me a photo with NO filter and NO makeup.
I give you my honest opinion—based, experienced, and with love for your face.
