WHY BRUSHING AT NIGHT IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN BRUSHING IN THE MORNING?
Have u all ever thought why the doctors keep enforcing you to brush at night?
When u brush in the morning, u remove all the germs from your mouth and feel fresh. Then u eat breakfast. This leads to formation of the 1st layer on the surface of ur teeth which is called as plaque (*Plaque* is a layer of bacteria that grows on our teeth all the time. There are over 400 different kinds of bacteria that have been found in plaque. These bacteria form a thin layer of growth on every tooth starting right after you brush your teeth)
Then u eat lunch, the layer grows and so do the micro organisms in your mouth. And after some snacks u have your last meal i.e dinner.
So if u don't brush, u have all these layers of food and microorganisms on ur teeth with which u sleep for 7 to 8 hours. Imagine š¬
So please brush and flush before u crash!
