As of today, there are 15 families who evacuated to the designated center in Brgy. Bantigue.

1. Registration for Profiling (Kag. for Education, Kag. for Health, DepEd and SK)
2. Assignment of Rooms (same)
3. Vital Signs (Kag. for Health & BHWs)
4. Distribution of Relief Goods (PB Salazar and Brgy. Officials)
5. Consultation, ensuring adequate water supply, hygiene, and cleanliness of area (Doc Jerry Chiong with IHD Staff)
6. Distribution of emergency and maintenance Meds (Doc Jerry Chiong and IHD)
7. Monitoring by Brgy. Bantigue Officials and IHD Staff

Sa tanan lumulupyo sa 14 Barangays nga nasakupan sa Ipil Health District, WALA tay Walk-In na magpatuli.
Pagkig Coordinate kamo sa inyo Punong Barangay, Kagawad for Health or BHW para malista inyo mga pangalan.
Kami lang ang mag coordinate nila kung pangarion na kamo.

Mga Rason ngano Walay Walk-in or modiritso sa Health District Center:
1. Limited ra ang number of clients ma serbisyuhan kay ang Doctor ra ang magtuli. Kung magdagsa kay walay coordination sa Barangay or BHW, dili gihapon tanan matuli. Sayang ang effort ninyo;
2. Basin naay mga schedule sa seminar, training o meetings ang magtuli. Kung moari na walay coordination, basin dili hinuon matuli. Sayang ang effort ninyo.

Ayaw kabalaka, matuli ra gihapon ug LIBRE ang inyo mga anak.

PALIHUG lang ug sunod sa ato instruction para mahan-ay tang tanan.

Pahibalo sa mga Sari-Sari Store labaw na sa nasakupan sa Ipil Health District:
BAWAL mamaligya ug Anti-Biotic. Please ayaw daota inyo mga silingan ug mga customer sa pagpamaligya ug anti-biotic kay wala moy permit niani. Ug dilikado sa panglawas nga magpataka tag hatag ug pipila lang.

Reminder sa tanan nag maintenance:
Kung magkuha ta sa maintenance nato sa Ipil Health Center, dapat ang pasyente mimso ang magkuha. Unsay purpose ani:
1. Ma follow-up namo if ni-epekto ba ang tambal sa pasyente;
2. Ma follow-up namo if ang health teaching (e.g. healthy diet, lifestyle, etc) gibuhat ba sa pasyente;
3. Ma follow-up namo if need ba patas-an ang dosage, pamub-an, or usabon ang medisina.
In other words, ma monitor nato ang pasyente ug mas makahatag ta ug sakto na health intervention para kaniya para mas mo improve iyaha quality of life.

Pero naay dili malikyan na mga conditions na magpakuha ra ang pasyente: (pwede ni)
1. If bedridden or di na kabarog ug kalakaw ang pasyente;
2. Kung na stroke ang pasyente;
3. Kung na admit ang pasyente;
4. Rason na baldado ang pasyente.

So please, cooperate kay para rani sa health sa pasyente. Magtinabangay ta tanan para mo improve ang quality of life inyo mga pasyente.
