T&C: Promo is not automatically applied. Only customers who made a confirmed order with full payment from February 28 to March 1, 2024 are eligible for a refund. Customers who made the partial 50% down payment for reservation on the same dates will become eligible if they have completed the payment after 48 hours of partial payment.
Refund is 25% of total amount including the shipping fee!
Redemption period is from March 2 to 10, 2024 and processing will be completed within 1-2 days after the refund request. Refund request can be done starting from March 2 6:45pm until March 10 11:59pm ONLY.
Refund WILL ONLY BE SENT to the account that the payment was made, any request for changing of receiving accounts for the refund WILL NOT BE allowed. There will be NO extension under any circumstances of the promo/redemption period, any requests submitted after the promo/redemption period will not be entertained and honored.
