OFFICIAL STATEMENT FROM 7200 HAIR STUDIO

To our valued clients and community,

We would like to sincerely apologize regarding an incident involving a minor who was unable to proceed with a haircut at our studio.

We deeply regret how the situation was handled. We take this matter seriously, and we have already addressed it internally and our entire team has been reminded of the importance of patience, understanding, professionalism, and proper communication—especially when attending to our young clients.

Moving forward, we are also implementing a Child Safety Policy at 7200 Hair Studio.

For the safety of our young clients and our staff, children 3 years old and below who are unable to sit safely and relatively still during a haircut may not be accommodated at that time. Haircutting involves sharp tools such as scissors and clippers, and sudden movements may result in accidental injury.

This policy is not intended to discriminate against or inconvenience any child or parent. It is being implemented solely to prioritize the safety and well-being of everyone involved. Our staff will always communicate this respectfully and compassionately with parents or guardians.

We are taking this experience as an opportunity to improve our service, strengthen our policies, and do better as a team.
