Update: Operations are Strong

We are all facing unknowns with the spread of the COVID-19 virus. Although this situation is continuing to evolve, I want you to know where USANA stands as of March 24 and what we are doing to continue to provide you with great products and service.

First and foremost, know that USANA is fully operational.
• We are actively manufacturing products and shipping orders to all markets and your homes around the world.
• We have ample inventory in all of our markets.
• Some products are selling quickly, and we are rapidly addressing any backordered products.
• We have no debt and control much of our supply chain.
• We have received assurance from major shipping providers as well as government entities that both cargo and personal shipments will continue.

Various cities, states/provinces, and markets have placed unique restrictions on non-essential travel and gatherings to help slow transmission of COVID-19. We are tracking these restrictions and, thus far, have not encountered any issues with shipping products to residents in these areas.

We are also doing our part as a good corporate citizen, including shifting the majority of our non-manufacturing employees to working from home. For some markets, this has meant temporary closures or restrictions in meeting spaces and will calls. We believe these temporary inconveniences are critical for keeping you and our employees healthy. Please know we will continue to support you through our digital tools, customer service team, and our full staff—regardless of where they are working.

As I mentioned, this situation is fluid and likely will change. Our team—from operations to sales to R&D—is constantly anticipating, assessing, and adapting to changes within our markets. We learned great lessons from our China business earlier this year that have helped us prepare and react quickly.
