Congratulations to all trainees who have successfully completed the 29-Day Hairdressing NC III under the Enterprise-Based Education and Training (EBET) program of CDM Hair Studio, made possible through the Tulong Trabaho Scholarship Program (TTSP).

For 29 days, our trainees underwent intensive industry-standard, competency-based, and hands-on training in a real salon environment. They enhanced their technical expertise by providing professional salon services to actual clients, gaining valuable workplace experience while developing confidence, professionalism, and excellent customer service skills.

Throughout the training, the trainees successfully demonstrated their competencies in:

This hands-on exposure enabled them to apply their knowledge, strengthen their technical skills, build confidence, understand industry expectations, and even earn income while training—preparing them for successful careers in the beauty industry or future salon entrepreneurship.
