Isa ito sa pinaka-common na mindset ngayon.

Kapag walang pain…
kapag nakakapasok pa sa work…
kapag nakakakilos pa nang normal…

feeling natin healthy tayo.

Pero ang totoo?
Hindi lahat ng sakit may agad na sintomas.

Minsan tahimik lang.
Unti-unti nang nade-develop habang busy kang kumakayod araw-araw.

High stress.
Puyat.
Poor eating habits.
Pagod na katawan.

Akala mo kinakaya pa…
pero inside your body, may epekto na pala.

At kadalasan…
kapag may nararamdaman ka na, doon pa lang huli ang lahat.

Reality check:
