HERE ARE 5 QUICK AND POWERFUL TIPS EVERY STUDENT SHOULD REMEMBER TO KEEP THEIR SCHOOL BULLY-FREE:

🟢 1. Stay in Groups: There is safety in numbers! Walk with friends in the hallways, during recess, or on the way to school.
🔵 2. Be Assertive: Use a clear, confident voice. Look them in the eye and say a firm "NO" to teasing.
🟡 3. Report Bullying: Don't keep it a secret. Immediately tell a trusted adult like a teacher, school counselor, or parent.
🔴4. Be a Buddy: Look out for others. If you see someone being picked on, lift them, include them, and show empathy.
🟠 5. Ignore & Walk Away: Bullies look for a reaction. Don't give them one—keep moving and walk away with your head held high.
