A little tip for weakened lash lines!
(I specialize in lash recovery, and this topic just came up in one of my coaching calls, so I decided to share here as well. Feel free to save🤍)
When you work with weakened lashes… be gentle.
Weakened doesn’t always mean damaged. Sometimes it means “tired”, and what those lashes need is a lighter load to allow rest.
It’s not the time for drama and length, be mindful.
Integrity of your work and (as a result) of your clients’ natural lash health is ON YOU!
It’s on you to explain all the why’s: (“why can’t I have longer extensions, why can’t I have the cat-eye look” etc).
It’s on you to set very clear expectations prior to the service.
They might not want your “healthy” services after all and THAT’S OKAY!
If they understand the process of healing, the consequences of their decisions, and the rewards of their patience, they will trust you because the focus of your interest is in their well-being.
If a client insists on a service that can potentially damage them, you have to make a decision whether you want to take on that risk.
Sometimes it’s best not to bargain but to refer that client to someone who’d be willing to do what is asked.
Stay true to yourself.
You attract the right type of clients when you do 🤍
