Day 7 🎉📜: Wrapping up our 7-day community service journey in Brgy. 3! We're proud to have made a difference by donating clothes for emergency preparedness and trash bins to promote cleanliness. To spread the word, we distributed informative flyers throughout the barangay, sharing our efforts with the community.

DAY 6 🖌🚗: Besides caring for the environment, the team was also dedicated to the safety and well-being of the community. Today’s task is to paint/repaint the road humps around the barangay in order to provide a visual cue for the vehicles in the community. While most of the team takes care of this task, the rest of the group maintains the cleanliness around the streets.

DAY 5 ☁️🪴: The team was tasked to clean another part of the barangay. Today’s agenda is to clean the other side of the covered court. The area was covered with heaps of fallen leaves as well as litter which was made difficult to sweep due to it picking up dust. But nevertheless, the team persevered and finished today’s work.

DAY 4 🍂☔️: It is time to continue with the Clean-Up Drive, where today’s objective is to clean the barangay’s open court. No matter if it rains or shines, the team progresses forwards on providing for the sake of the community.

DAY 3 🧹☀️: It is another day of hard work. The team is back, continuing on with the Clean-Up Drive in the community.

DAY 2 🪚🪣: Besides the usual cleaning program, part of the team’s priority is to promote the act of recycling and waste management. As such, the team is tasked today to create several waste bins made up of various recycling materials. With one part of the group constructing the bins, the rest of the group continues on with the Clean-Up Drive on different parts of the barangay.

The NSTP–CWTS is a program that aims to teach students not only defense preparedness, but as well as the values of volunteerism and sense of community. The first year students of CPE-CS are up to the task of providing services for the community of Barangay III, contributing a total of 30 hours of their semester on doing voluntary work for the sake of the betterment of the community’s environment, safety, and welfare.

DAY 1 🍃🧹: Today marks the day where us students initiate our voluntary services. Part of the students’ task is to initiate a Clean-Up Drive, dedicating hours on cleaning parts of the barangay that may get left unmanaged.

After some time of sweeping the streets and collecting litter from drainage, the team concluded the day with sweat and satisfaction, leaving the hard work until the next day of service.
