Nilagay ko po yung honey sa freezer mga almost 5 hours siguro to double check kung mag crystallized ba sya or hindi..
๐ Kasi once nag crystallized possible my sugar na halo at hindi pure..
๐ Pero kapag nag thicken lang lalo pero hindi nag asukal ibig sabihin pasado ito sa isang purity test natin.

How to check the purity of honey?
๐We have different ways to test ung purity nang honey in this video ipapakita ung tinatawag natin na fire test..
๐1. The Fire Test
You may have not known this, but pure honey is inflammable. Although, we'll request to you observe utmost caution while performing this test and do it at your own risk. Take a dry matchstick and dip it in honey. Strike the matchstick against the matchbox or else use lighter for easiest way. If it lights, your honey is pure. If it doesn't light, it may be adulterated and may also contain some amount of moisture added while contamination.
Result: Nag apoy ang posporo natin even my honey ibig sabihin pasado po ang honey natin sa fire test.. Kapag hindi kasi umapoy ibig sabihin fake ang honey pero pag umapoy legit pure ang honey kasi inflammable po ang honey na pure. ๐ฏ๐
