Yesterday marked my 21st anniversary with Lifestyles.

Marami ang nagugulat, marami ang namamangha kapag nalalaman nilang tumagal ako nang ganito sa isang kumpanya—a network marketing company to be exact.

Bibihira lang kasi ang tumatagal nang limang taon sa isang kumpanya sa industriyang ito, at hindi ‘yan lingid sa kaalaman ng mga tao.

Kaya kung tatanungin mo ako bakit ako tumagal nang ganito? Simple lang… I love it that in Lifestyles I can serve God through helping other people find their greatness. Alam mo ‘yung feeling ng naka jackpot? Ganun na ganon. Hitting two birds with one stone ika nga. This is an avenue where I am able to achieve my dreams and help others to experience the same.

A company with great products is one thing, but a company wherein the culture of leaders and owners are the same? That’s something else. They are authentic and are very welcoming. They make you feel at home and want the best for you. Walang inggitan, walang pagmamalabisan. Everyone is genuinely rooting for you.

I know there is no perfect company but Lifestyles got the essentials. That being said, I still don’t think I will ever find a better company because it is not just the company, compensation plan and product, but it is the people. Sa panahon ngayon, napakahirap maghanap ng trabaho/negosyo na may ganitong kultura.

I have told you the reason why I stayed but not the reason why I joined in the first place. I joined because the product is phenomenal, the compensation is so generous but as years passed by, I’ve come to realize that this is where I belong. I got more than I expected.

Personal growth, not hyped. They are true to their promise.
Transformational and not transactional. Family feels and not intimidating.

To all the dreamers out there, never stop dreaming big. It is the fountain of youth. As long as we are alive, God has a purpose for us. Never stop pursuing it. It is your calling. All that you need to get it is with you already. JUST SAY YES!
