Starting Thursday, July 2, 2026, ARV refills will be limited to a two-week supply due to delays in the replenishment of ARV stocks through the DOH’s national supply chain. This temporary measure will help ensure available medications can continue to serve as many clients as possible until new stocks arrive.

Xpress refills are temporarily suspended, except for clients based abroad.

We understand that this situation may cause concern. Since the first quarter of 2026, treatment hubs have been informed of potential disruptions in the national ARV supply chain, and LoveYourself has been actively coordinating with partners and other treatment hubs to prepare for possible shortages. To help protect treatment continuity, LoveYourself has pooled organizational resources to procure and maintain buffer stocks for the last quarter. While these measures have helped mitigate the impact, the current limitations in the national supply chain require temporary conservation of available stocks so that as many clients as possible can continue receiving treatment while awaiting replenishment.

NCR: Walk in at your preferred LoveYourself hub.
Outside NCR: Visit the nearest treatment hub.
