What We’re Looking For
• Graduate of any bachelor or higher
• Minimum of 1+ years’ experience in Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Operations Support, or Senior Administrative roles
• Proven experience supporting multiple senior leaders or executives simultaneously
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
• Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel and word.
