- Haircut and services Price 500+ Php Up
- 35% Commission (On all services)
- 675 Php Whichever is Higher (Vs Commission) Daily guaranteed wage
- 13th Month Pay (Barber Days)
- Christmas Bonus
- SSS, Philhealth, Pag-ibig upon Regularization (After 6mos)

Requirements
1. Technical Skills
- Proficient in various haircut styles (fades, tapers, scissor cuts, etc.)
- Experience with beard grooming and straight razor shaves
- Good with tools: clippers, trimmers, razors, shears, etc.
- Understanding of hair types and scalp care

2. Cleanliness & Hygiene
- Maintains a clean workstation
- Follows sanitation protocols for tools and equipment
- Has a neat personal appearance

3. Customer Service
- Friendly, respectful, and welcoming demeanor
- Good communication skills—can listen to what the client wants and deliver
- Ability to build rapport and retain regular customers

4. Reliability & Professionalism
- Shows up on time consistently
- Handles appointments and walk-ins efficiently
- Follows shop rules and respects coworkers

5. Creativity & Style Awareness
- Keeps up with trends in grooming and hairstyles
- Can recommend styles that suit different clients
- Brings flair or personality to their work

6. Experience
- Ideally has prior shop experience (unless you’re open to training)

7. Adaptability & Team Player
- Works well with a team and can adapt to the vibe of the shop
- Open to learning or adjusting techniques as needed
