3대째 내려오는 수제비누 장인 Maria 할머니는 천연 추출물을 사용하여 거품이 풍부하고, 노폐물 제거에 뛰어난 저자극 비누를 만들고 있습니다.

동물성 기름, 석유계 오일로 공장에서 만드는 대량 생산 비누와는 달리 수제비누는 모든 과정에서 열을 과하지 않는 저온 콜드 프레스 방식으로 제작 됩니다.

공장 대량 생산 비누와는 달리 비누가 딱딱하지 않으며, 향이 적습니다.

Island Organics Coconut Soaps are crafted for three generations of local Filipino soap makers already. It all started when Lola Maria learned how to make soaps in the late 1890s from a Spanish family in Manila where she served as a maid.
When she was able to master the art of soap-making she went home to the province and decided to make her own formulations, mixing organic and natural fruit extracts with coconut oil and sold it piece by piece to her neighbors in the province.
