Aligning with Your True Purpose:

THE POWER OF SACRED SILENCE:

"In the silence of the heart, God speaks." (Mother Teresa)

"Silence is a true friend who never betrays." (Confucius)

Silence is useful for:
1. Inner Reflection that connects to deeper understanding of ourselves and the world around us.

2. Spiritual Connection is a way to connect with supernatural Power and Divine presence of our God.

3. Strength and Wisdom are a communication that conveys more than words ever could.

"By waiting and by calm you shall be saved, in quiet and in trust shall be your strength."

Psalm 46:10
"Be still and know that I am God."

Habakkuk 2:20
"But the Lord is in his holy temple; let all the earth keep silent before him!"

Mark 1:35
"And rising very early in the morning, while it was still dark, he departed and went out to a desolate place, and there he prayed."

PRAYER:
Our Father who art in heaven Hollowed be Your Name Your Kingdom come Your Will be done on earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread and forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us and lead us not into temptation but deliver us from evil. For Yours is the Kingdom and the Power and the glory forever and ever. Amen.
O' God, open our eyes to your wonder. Give us a thirst for your Word, and discipline to spend time in solitude with you as our Lord Jesus did.
Help us with our doubt and unbelief, Holy Spirit guide us into all TRUTH and empower us to completely trust in God's unfailing love and grace.
Thank You for the hedge of protection over us, our family, our homes, our relatives, our friends, our community, our nation, resources and our leaders.
You're All that we need. Thank You for listening and answering our prayers in the Name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit in Jesus Christ Name. Amen.🙏

Living in the Power of Holy Spirit:

John 14:26 says,
"But the Advocate, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, will teach you all things and will remind you of everything I have said to you".

The Holy Spirit is meant to be a source of comfort during hard times. In the life of peace, rest and blessings of God.

Romans 8:6 says,
"The mind governed by the flesh is death, but the mind governed by the Spirit is life and peace".

“For the kingdom of God is not eating and drinking, but righteousness and peace and joy in the Holy Spirit"

Romans 8:11 says,
"If the Spirit of him who raised Jesus from the dead dwells in you, he who raised Christ Jesus from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through his Spirit who dwells in you".

Isaiah 40:31 says

will renew their strength.
They will soar on wings like eagles;

"I pray that, according to the riches of his glory, he may grant that you may be strengthened in your inner being with power through his Spirit"

In times of despair, discouragement, fears, worries and disappointment, where does our help come from?

Righteous by Faith

A core component of the Gospel message is the righteousness of God— which essentially means that God acts rightly toward humanity.

Romans 1:17 introduces this theme that Paul, the writer of Romans, covers in the rest of his letter. For Paul, this verse is the premise for the arguments that he will make in the following chapters.

Paul says in Romans 3:23 that all of us have turned our back on God, and that sin is what separates us from Him.

Since God is righteous and holy, and we are not, we couldn’t approach God on our own. There needed to be a solution to bridge the gap between us. God sent Jesus in our place to be that bridge. This way, Jesus could make a way for us to have a relationship with Him again, and God would still be righteous.

That is why Paul says God’s righteousness is revealed through the Gospel. But, he clarifies that it comes through faith. Paul says, “The righteous will live by faith” (Romans 1:17). Righteous living, or living our life according to God’s way, begins with faith, which is believing in what Jesus has done for us.

There is no amount of good work we can do to earn a relationship with God. Instead of measuring righteousness by good deeds or some other metric—God looks at our hearts. He looks to see whether or not we have faith in Jesus.

Everyone who comes to God must do so through faith.

We can have a relationship with God if we believe in Jesus and walk in faith. As we do that, we are made new in Christ. Our old ways and old habits are gone, and we can now walk in newness of life with Jesus.

Spend some time today thinking about what Jesus has done for you on the cross where He gave His life on your behalf. What areas of your life can you live by faith, rather than trying to earn God’s favor? Rest in His presence knowing that you are accepted and made new because of your faith in Jesus.

Prayer of Faith:

Mark 11:24
Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours.

Faith is not just a feeling , it's a decision choosing to trust God's Promises over the noise of circumstances.

Consequently, Faith comes by hearing and hearing the word of God. Believing that what you asked for is already yours. Dig in God's words that fill your heart with unshakable hope and faith.
Romans 10:17 NIV

"The Lord said to me, 'You have seen correctly, for I am watching to see that my word is fulfilled'".
Jeremiah 1:12

Just like Prophet Jeremiah in the Bible, we could be confident that the Spirit of God would accompany the preaching of the prophet and guarantee that it would accomplish the Lord's intent for it in our lives.

God is faithful, he doesn't tease us with promises that he don't keep. But rather He watches his words to perform in our lives. And that, we can Trust in him. And that we should honor what he says to his words. This is the essence of Faith.

God is the same yesterday today and tomorrow. Whatever we asked in prayer, trust in him that He is also in a business of listening and answering our prayers.
Approach God in Faith knowing that He hears us and ready to release the breakthrough He has prepared for us.

Matthew 18: 19-20 NIV
"Again, truly I tell you that if two of you on earth agree about anything they ask for, it will be done for them by my Father in heaven. For where two or three gather in my name, there am I with them.”

Faith is not about striving, but knowing that Our Lord Jesus Christ has made a way for us to come boldly to the Father in prayer with the help of the Holy Spirit by surrendering our request, believing that God will surely bless and grant our prayers. 🙏

God will surely answer our prayer, as God doesn't want his believers to live in discontentment with each other.

Doors will begin to open, chains of addiction, depression and sins will begin to break, healing will begin to flow and breakthrough will manifest in season. God makes a way where it seems to be no way.
Expect God that will make a difference in our lives in the Name of Our Lord Jesus Christ. Amen.🙏 ❤️

Desiring God's Presence

The writer of Psalm 42 compares himself to a deer that is longing for water. The deer is weary and parched without it, and so all it wants is to find a stream to drink from.

In a similar way, the psalmist is weary and exhausted from life. He is under pressure and growing tired. And yet, his innermost desire is for God.

Just like the deer desires water, the psalmist’s soul desires the presence of God. He knows that the solution to his problems is not more accomplishments and praise—it’s spending time in the presence of God.

It’s not wrong to have desires and goals in life. But our foremost desire should be for God, because true satisfaction is only found in His presence.

All it takes is your desire and commitment to spend time with Him by reading His Word, talking to Him through prayer, or reflecting on His faithful character. As you draw close to Him, He is ready and willing to be close to you, and to restore your soul.

Spending time with God is a basic spiritual need of ours, but it is a powerful time that can change the course of our life and the center of who we are. Take time to be with Him now, but also come up with a plan that helps you continue to seek God every day.

An Example Worth Following

Jesus stood there in silence as he was stripped, spit on, beaten, and mocked. He stood there as they twisted thorns into a crown and shoved it onto His head. He watched as they gambled for His clothes. He was rejected, accused, and crucified—and He endured all of this willingly, because of love.

Imagine having unlimited power and authority, and giving it all up. Imagine voluntarily sacrificing your life so that others could also experience God’s deep, unconditional love. This is what Jesus modeled for us.

"You must have the same attitude that Christ Jesus had. Though he was God, he did not think of equality with God as something to cling to. Instead, he gave up his divine privileges… When he appeared in human form, he humbled himself in obedience to God and died a criminal’s death on a cross.”
Philippians 2:5-8 NLT

Jesus knew He belonged to God, and He knew what He was called to do. He knew that selfless service mattered more than selfishness. He knew that humility was greater than pride. And He knew that obeying God would lead to our freedom and His glory.

Jesus modeled humility by laying down His life so that we could know the love of God personally. And if we say that we follow Jesus, then we need to have the same attitude and outlook on life that Jesus did. But we can only do this by staying united in Jesus as we follow His example together.

So, how do we stay united? We show love to each other. And how do we show love to each other? By thinking about other people first, and choosing not to hold onto bitterness. True love requires a willingness to let go of pride, and to serve without expecting anything in return.

“This is my commandment, that you love one another as I have loved you. Greater love has no one than this, that someone lay down his life for his friends.”
John 15:12-13 ESV

So who can you show love to today? Spend a few moments allowing God to reveal how you can practically embrace humility, stay united in love, and serve others selflessly today.
