Taste Palawan honey. 🍯 If nakabisita na kayo sa amin, makikita niyo ang maliit na sign na ito. 🙂

Our wild honey selection is from Natripal (Nagkakaisang Tribu ng Palawan) Inc., from Aborlan and Napsan and Aloha Honey from Batak community.

Each honey has its own smell, color, and taste profile. Yung iba’t ibang taste profile at kulay ay nakadepende sa pagkain ng bubuyog. Our community partners have shared that the food of the wild bees in their area is from mixed native trees, from the Rumaraw tree and the Omili tree. 🌳

These are harvested seasonally during the honey flow season. Ibig sabihin ng season na ito ay kung kelan mas madaming bulaklak ang mga puno at tanim, ang food sources for honey. 🌸🌼

We add honey to our dark chocolate muffin. You can also add honey to your hot tea, your calamansi juice or even while baking. 😋
