December 1, 2022. Had the privilege to teach free Barre work out utilizing chair in the absence of real barre (horizontal railing in dance studios used as support for ballet exercises) and later used also for other chair-based core routines.

This was during the time when cinemas in SM Puerto Princesa were still closed during the last days of the pandemic.

Let me start with my maiden post from one of my previous exclusive personal training sessiond with a small group of women held in SM. This particular routine targets multiple muscle groups primarily the core (the muscles that wrap around the waist), the glutes (buttocks), anterior delts and pecs (front shoulders and chest in static contraction). Due to lack of upper body strength common among untrained women and even among men, the women in the video failed to keep the chest from touching the seat and get those shoulders and chest working statically. They would be able to correct this as they progress in gaining muscle strength and endurance in these area.
