Bavarian donut ni Lola💛 Recipe: 4 cups all-purpose flour 2 tsp yeast 1/2 cup warm water 1/2 cup milk 1/4 cup butter 1/4 cup sugar 2 large egg Bavarian filling: 1/2 cup sugar 4 tbsp cornstarch 4 egg yolks 2 cup milk 1 tbsp butter 1 tsp vanilla Procedure: 1) prepare the warm water then pour yeast over the warm water and mix let yeast bloom for about 10mins next is the sugar , milk and egg then mix 2) Then in another bowl prepare the flour and salt 3) I used a mixer with the dough hook attachment 4) Mix together the flour mixture and the yeast mixture 5) Knead for about 7mins and you can now add the butter Then knead again for another 5min 6) Place dough in a grease bowl and allow to rise for about an hour 7) Punch out dough and place it out on a greased surface 8) Divide into pieces and shape like a ball 9) Flatten and Cover the dough with clean towel and allow to rise for another 30mins 10) Fry for about 1 min on each side 11) let it cool..then dredge into prepared powdered sugar and cornstarch mixture 12 ) Insert a stick through the middle of the donut and pipe enough cream filling Enjoy ❤️ #homecooking #panlasanglolabakes #recipe #donut #donutlover #reels #foodie #foodieph 23/05/2023
