GUIDELINES IN USING NUTRIFAB:

1) Eat nutrifab 1-2 hours before meals (empty stomach). Don't eat the seed inside just throw it. At night, if you take dinner late take nutrifab before meals, if u take dinner as early as 6-7pm u take nutrifab before bedtime or around 9pm.

2) Take at least 3 glasses of warm water after eating (the more warm water the better to facilitate better absorption)

3) Take at least 3 liters of water the whole day while taking nutrifab (more water intake will make the result faster)
