Soon! (God's Word) They are more precious than gold, than much pure gold; they are sweeter than honey, than honey from the honeycomb. Psalm 19:10

Sinag Coffee Roastery has been our "to-go" cup everywhere we go! As we climb mountains, immerse in far flung communities, dive and even as we make cold brew for friends and relief refreshments βββ
We enjoyed journeying with you through the years! We continue to support this business, (as they now open a cafe in Calapan, yay!), for they
-support missions/missionaries
-ethical and fair trade
-freshly roasted
-farm to cup movement
-humble
-really gooood coffee.
And, happy anniversary!

We're exploring different coffee beans from different farms, and we didn't need to look far and went back home to Kabugao, Apayao.
To inspire the forgotten coffee farms in many parts of the Philippines, we took some beans from the farm in Apayao, to be roasted by Sinag Coffee Roastery in Calapan, Or. Mindoro. And not only that Sinag Team shared how the coffee grounds tasted after using different brewing methods. We aren't selling beans, but we truly hope that farmers in the younger generation would continue cultivating their land, and if its a coffee farm, their coffee.

Honoring coffee farmers all over the Philippines, especially this family from Kabugao, Apayao.
It has been long since farmers here have shifted to corn farming according to various sources. However, coffee trees are still abundant in every farm of almost every family, their personal stash accdg. to them. A few/some process and roast them together to be sold to nearby towns.
A shout to Apayao, to keep on with coffee farming!
