I AM A COVID 19 SURVIVOR!

Guys, let me share to you po... might as well help you!

I am now one of Covid 19 Victim!

Based on my experienced walang ibang panlaban kay Covid....kundi kailangan mo i Boost yung Immune system mo!

Nasa Immune System ng tao ang Labanan ni Covid!

Hindi mo masasabi na nag mask kana, nag gloves kana..naghugas ka lagi ng kamay...at wala kang nararamdaman that means healthy ka at wala ka covid po!!...isang pagkakamali po!

Maaring carrier kana pala...wala ka palang signs and symptoms sa ngayun.. kasi wala kang nararamdaman...coz maybe your immune system is still working on it...pero once bumaba ang immune system mo dahil sa stress, kulang sa tulog etc....kung carrier kana at hindi mo alam.....dito na mag spurts out or mag shoshoot up si Covid unti2x kanang manghina at mag show ng signs and symptoms...lalo na sa mga kababaihan kagaya ko...may monthly period tayu at tyak dahil dito maaaring bababa ang immune system natin....

Kaya sa ngayun pa lang kung nabasa mo tong post ko...you will foresee at alam mo na ang posibilidad, at maging aware tayu lagi....

My advice to you guys as a one of Covid Survivors is to

"BOOST Your IMMUNE SYSTEM"

1.Eat 3 meals a day
2.Get Enough Sleep 8hours atleast
3. Hydrate..3 liters water a day or drink 1 glass of water every hour in a day ( upon wake up until before sleep at night)
4.Steaming if necessary
5. Excercise, lastly
6.Drink Vitamine C everyday!
