Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, Behavioral Science, or any related course
* With experience in recruitment, employee relations, timekeeping, payroll coordination, and HR documentation is an advantage
* Knowledgeable in Philippine Labor Laws, DOLE regulations, and standard HR policies and procedures
* Experience in handling employees from multiple departments, branches, or affiliated companies is preferred
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
* Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
* Detail-oriented, flexible, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
* Can work independently and effectively manage multiple tasks and deadlines
* Willing to coordinate with different departments, branch operations, and management teams
* Experience in manufacturing, retail, distribution, or corporate operations is an advantage
