Fun Fact:
Ever wonder why most staircases in medieval castles were built to be extremely narrow and spiraling in a clockwise direction?
Since medieval castles were built mainly as fortifications, staircases were designed to make it extremely difficult for enemy combatants to fight their way up.
Since most soldiers were right-handed, they would need to round each curve of the inner wall before attempting to strike, inevitably exposing themselves in the process. The clockwise spiral staircase also allowed the defenders to use the inner wall as a partial shield and easily allow them to swing their weapon without being hindered by the curvature of the outer wall.
The stairs were also intentionally poorly lit and built to be uneven, making it even more difficult for the attackers to gain any sort of balance or momentum during their fight up to capture the castle.

Now how can we relate this in Fitness and Fatloss? It means your environment and the way you set up your environment can either serve you or disserves you.
Meaning kung ang laman ng ref niyo ay puro junk food, soft drinks, chocolate 🍫 and more sweets, instead of lemon water, fruits and ready prep healthy meals = then it's going to be hard for you to consume more healthy food with worth calories.
If you associates yourself with family and friends who doesn't care of their health and fitness, like Wal Wal and foodtrip na wala nang bukas at KJ (Kill Joy) ka pa pag hindi ka sumama sa mga Mukbang nila = then it's going to be hard for you to be in calorie deficit (if you want to lose weight) and tendcy is you're going to overeat.
Check your weekly/daily habit do you chose to exercise, walk, train in gym or in your house by doing body weight training atleast? Or you buy your excuses that "I don't have time" and rather watch Netflix, Play Video Games and Endless Telenovela cause you tell yourself (I deserved it, I don't have energy, I'm stressed)?
Now I want you to be brutally honest, if your environment and habits set you to win or to fail with your fitness.
Cause you can only change and transform things if you're honest and acknowledge the things you want to improve.

Did you know I almost stop posting videos and creating contents in Social Media especially in TikTok?
That's because I consistently post contents and making an effort to do better videos, but in the end of the day I saw little to no results, and told myself once "maybe it's not for me".
Well most of us ganun nman siguro, we want to see results as fast as possible, and sometimes pag nababagalan tayo sa results natin, we're second guessing if it's really worth the Time and Effort since halos parang walang nang yayari.
I almost give up that time, but then again I asked my self "Why did I started in the first place"?
That's the moment my purpose started to get bigger and deeper than my goals and agenda
So I consistently study, get feedback, adjust, and execute more.
Until 1 of my TikTok Video got Viral and my channel started to be noticed and started to blow up and get crazy, like to a point I'm getting 10k followers in just 2Days
It's so crazy I can't even believe it's possible, but then it happened.
Now my point is, sometimes in life you're doing your best and continuously making effort to get better, but still you see little to no results.
So ang tendency is mapanghinaan ng loob, tamarin at mag quit. But I'm telling you! something is happening, it might not be in the surface level
But certainly there is, and one day magugulat ka nlang ang galing mo na at results will follow effortless.
And when you started to get results over and over again, sabihin mo sa sarili mo it's not luck/chamba it's WHO YOU ARE!
The goal is not just getting the results, it's who you become in getting the Results.
Don't just enjoy the Destination, but the Journey as well.
