NEVER AGAIN BDO!!!

It was a Sunday, June 22, I received a text message from BDO that I had an unauthorised transaction and I didn’t hesitate to check that transaction. YES, THE MESSAGE WAS FROM BDO. I logged in with my details but NO OTP, since I was hesitant. AFTER A FEW MINUTES THE MONEY FROM OUR SAVINGS ACCOUNT WAS GONE!!! I never received an email that I had a transaction or transferred an amount to another bank. I immediately called the customer service and they said that it will take 5 days for the investigation. JUST TODAY, I received a message that the transaction was valid and the filed dispute has been denied. GANUN GANUN NA LANG YUN BDO???

To our friends and family, PLEASE HELP ME REACH THIS MESSAGE TO BDO. The money that was taken from us was our life savings. Hindi kami nagpapakapagod at nagpapakapuyat para hindi niyo ingatan pera namin BDO!
