Covid Pandemic Beauty Hacks

Hello everyone...I wish everyone well. Now a days, we have a new norm in everything...this is the addition of some health and safety protocols in our daily dealing to avoid getting infected or reinfected.

It is important to wear masks. And masking in this current heat and for long hours, makes us feel sweaty and yucky inside the mask...lipstick will melt and will eventually smear on the inside of the mask and soon enough stain the skin around the mouth and chin area and even our teeth.

Most will use tissue paper as an inside layer...but this is not healthy as it makes breathing even harder and sweat soaked tissue on skin breeds bacteria and produces pimples and upper respiratory tract infection in prolonged use. Also, the loose tissue cotton fibers can cause cough when inhaled cummulatively.

But being a woman that we are, lipstick does not only enhance our confidence but also protects the sensitive mucosa of our lips. We are born to use one.😁

So I am sharing my personnal simple lip care that looks good as well.

1. After brushing your teeth and exfoliating your lips...you can use your favorite lip liner to follow the natural shape of your lips, adding soft color or neutral colors. Wait for some time as the stain will intensify with the heat from your lips.
2. Touch your lips with your finger and check if its not staining at all. If it is, then maybe you can use a better lip liner. When satisfied, just add a "swish" of lip balm of your choice, either colorless or tinted to polish and protect your lips. Wait for another minute.
3. There, you are all ready to go put your mask and explore the covid-threatened world with caution, without worrying of an "icky" incident inside your mask.😊
