Many of you have reached out in recent weeks for my thoughts about the COVID-19 respiratory virus and the effect it is having around the world.

First, I have been thinking of all of you since January, when we first learned of this virus. The health, social, and economic impacts of this pandemic have been felt around the world, and it is my sincere hope that you and your families have stayed healthy, safe, and positive through this time.

In regards to what you can do to continue feeling your best right now, my advice to you remains the same as it has for the past 28 years: Provide your body with good nutrition, avoid sugar and processed foods, get quality rest, take your nutritional supplements, reduce stress, regularly move your body, and reduce your exposure to electromagnetic radiation.

Beyond that, you should continue to follow the safety recommendations of local health officials, follow physical distancing practices, wash your hands frequently, and please stay home if you are not feeling well.
