Reminders on Getting a Glutathione Injection🤗

1. Before going to the actual process of Gluta Injection
The amount of glutathione IV sessions depends on how many shades lighter you want your skin tone to be. It is recommended to have IV infusions twice a week or every 5 days in the first month, then done weekly until desired skin tone are achieved. After the initial sessions, one session every month is still needed to maintain results.

Typically one round of 10-12 sessions can lighten and even the skin from 1 to 3 shades lighter. Depending on the status of your metabolism and how light you would like your skin to be, you need to commit more rounds of glutathione treatment.

Regular maintenance is required to preserve the lighter skin tone you already have.

The frequency of maintenance will depend on your ability to maintain anti-oxidant levels. The following factors will impede your results as they will increase the oxidative stress in your body:

If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, it is not advised to receive glutathione treatments. Also if you have severe kidney and severe liver problems it is not recommended to receive treatment for health precautions. As this is a medical procedure, make sure you are well hydrated and have consumed a full meal before treatment. High dosage of glutathione is not recommended for first-time users unless it is with the patient’s consent.

2. Things to expect during the Procedure
Each patient will undergo a pre-infusion consultation with a registered nurse.

Once you have been approved for intravenous (IV) glutathione treatments you can now have yourself treated for glutathione.

You will be asked to sit down or lie down and the registered nurse will make sure you feel relaxed.

Registered nurses will assess your vitals—including blood pressure, pulse rate, oxygen saturation, and temperature— to make sure treatment is viable.

They will sterilize the insertion area, (veins in the arm or peripheral veins), then insert the IV needle.

The nurse will then connect you to the sterilized drip if it’s an IV infusion or push, glutathione will be given straight to the vein through a syringe.

During the treatment you can relax in our comfortable lounge chairs and watch your favorite TV shows, read a good book, have a healthy snack all while enjoying healthy drinks offered in the gluta spa.

You will be monitored during treatment.

The treatment is relatively painless.

3. Things you must and must not do after Procedure
If you miss a treatment, you won’t achieve the results you’re looking for. If you spend just a minute under the sun, you’ll go darker again.

Avoid excessive sun exposure, tanning booths, spray tans, and wear sunscreen on a daily basis.

Apply pressure over the IV site and vigorous exercises of the involved extremity for 1-2 days to minimize the risk of bleeding. There also might be some bruising or ecchymosis over the IV site.
